Terry Lester's daytime career started in 1980 when he was cast as Jack Abbott on The Young and the Restless. Lester left Y&R in 1989 and the role would be recast with Peter Bergman. After leaving Y&R, Lester joined Santa Barbara as Mason Capwell, a role he played for about a year. Lester's last appearance on daytime was as Royce Keller on As the World Turns from 1992-1994. Lester's last TV credit was in a 1999 episode of Walker, Texas Ranger. Lester died from a heart attack on November 28, 2003.
