Lorraine Broderick's daytime writing career began in 1979 as a script writer for All My Children. Broderick spent the majority of her career at AMC moving up to associate head writer and head writer. Broderick wrote the final months of AMC's run in 2011. After AMC ended, Broderick moved on to help wrap up One Life to Live and in August 2012, Broderick joined the writing staff of Days of our Lives.
