Linda Dano's daytime career began in 1979 when she was cast as Rae Cummings on One Life to Live. Dano briefly appeared on As the World Turns in 1980. Dano's most recognizable role was as Felicia Gallant on Another World which she played from 1985 until 1998 when she was let go. After Another World cancellation, Dano appeared on all four ABC daytime shows as Rae Cummings. Dano left OLTL in 2000 and the following year, Dano made an appearance on Guiding Light in 2001. Dano joined DAYS in 2021 as Vivian Alamain.

Linda Dano was married to Frank Attardi from 1982 until his death in 2004. Dano was also married to Larry Peck and Salvatore Giordano.
