Jessica Tuck's daytime career began in 1989 when she joined One Life to Live as Megan Gordon Harrison. Jessica Tuck played Megan until 1992 when she left the show and was written out as Megan died from lupus and was killed off the show because of this. Tuck made return appearances to OLTL in 1993, 1999, 2004 and 2012. In 1998, Tuck appeared on Sunset Beach as Diane Wood. Tuck had a three month arc on Days of our Lives as Madeline Peterson-Woods. Tuck has appeared on Judging Amy, True Blood and Saving Grace among many other TV series. Tuck made appearances on General Hospital in late 2017 and early 2018 with a return in August 2018. She returned to GH in 2019 for sporadic appearances from late July to early August, mid September, and late October into mid November.

Tuck is married to Robbie Koseff and they have one child: Samara Barnes Hallam (b. 03/24/2008).
