Ellen Dolan's daytime career began in 1981 when she appeared as Jeannie Halperon on Texas. In 1982, Dolan was cast as Maureen Reardon on Guiding Light where she was a cast member until 1986. Dolan briefly appeared on Another World in 1989. Dolan left ATWT from January 1993 to June 1994, when she returned and stayed until the series cancellation in 2010.
