Don Diamont first appearance on daytime was as Carlos Forenza on Days of our Lives in 1984. Diamont was written off DAYS but soon landed on The Young and the Restless as Brad Carlton a role he played until 1996 when he left the show but returned in 1998. Diamont stayed with Y&R until the show decide to kill the character off in early 2009. It wasn't long before The Bold and the Beautiful came calling and he took over the role of Bill Spencer.

- Diamont was named to People 50 Most Beautiful list in 1990.
- Diamont is Jewish but he admitted it wasn't something he fully embraced until he was much older. Y&R decide to reveal that Diamont's character was also Jewish but had to hide it to protect his identity.

Diamont married Cindy Ambuehl on 06/12/2012. They share two children together, Anton (b. 2003) and Davis (b. 2003). Diamont was previously married to Rachel Braun (03/04/1994-2002) and they share four children together, Lauren (b. 1988), Sasha (b. 1991), Alexander (b. 1995) and Luca (b. 2000).
