David Tom first appeared on daytime in 1999 as Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless, a role he played until 2000 when he left the show. In 2001, Tom returned to daytime appearing on both All My Children and One Life to Live as Paul Cramer alongside sister, Heather Tom. Tom's character was written out of OLTL in 2006. Tom returned to Y&R in February 2014 after Billy Miller departed the role but only lasted a few months before he was let go.
