Arleen Sorkin joined daytime in 1984, played Calliope Jones on Days of our Lives. Sorkin returned to DAYS in 1992, 2006 and 2010 for guest appearances. Much of Sorkin's acting work since leaving DAYS has been voices over work. Sorkin was the original voice of Harley Quinn in several Batman related cartoon series. Sorkin died on August 24, 2023 at age 67.

Sorkin was married to producer Christopher Lloyd from 1995 until her death in 2023. They share two children, Eli and Owen.
